Purpose and Vision
Purpose:
We strive to simplify complex regulatory concepts to produce training products that are learner-driven, effective, and engaging, resulting in positive risk management behavior changes in an organization.
Vision:
Our vision is to change the landscape of mandatory training by bridging the gap between regulatory subject matter experts and professional education methodologies, resulting in better practical application of the rules and improvement in risk management conduct at every level.
As practitioners of both sides, we are passionate about bringing the two ideologies together, and changing regulatory training from a check the box exercise to a valuable and worthwhile activity.
Leadership
Jennifer Wilson, Founder & CEO
Jennifer discovered her niche in regulatory training following a distinguished career in compliance and audit roles at global organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Santander, Macquarie and MoneyGram. She also has a legal background, having worked in various roles for Skadden, Arps and Simmons & Simmons.
Her knowledge of rules, regulations, standards and methodology gives her a passion to make mandatory training a useful and enjoyable task.
